What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you browse MMP’s web site, you do so anonymously. Personal information -- including your E-mail address -- is not collected. Your IP address (the Internet address of your computer) and other computer and network-related information such as that which might be provided by your browser is currently not collected.  In the future, your IP address may be logged to give us an idea of which parts of our web site you are visiting and how long you are spending there. We will not link your IP address to anything personally identifiable. The only other information which may in the future be provided to us is the type of computer and operating system you are using. This information would be supplied to us by your browser.

There are times that we may request that you voluntarily supply us with personal information, including your E-mail address and possibly your postal address, for purposes such as correspondence, site registration, making a purchase, entering a sweepstakes, registering for a new product, or participating in an online survey.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

When you submit customer feedback, we ask for your name, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number.  These allow us to provide a more personalized response to any questions, comments, or concerns.

How does MMP protect customer information?
When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Will MMP disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
At this time we do not share any of your personal information with other companies. If we adopt a new personal information policy we will ask your permission prior to sharing your personal information.  If we do not receive your permission MMP will respect your wishes.  If we are unable to contact you, it will be assumed that you do not want to share your personal information.

Children
The games MMP produces and sells are great fun for adults and young adults (13 and over).  We do not actively market to children (under 13) nor do we knowingly solicit data from children (in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998). MMP encourages parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate in the interactive activities offered on the sites their children visit. No information should be submitted to, or posted at, MMP’s web site by guests under 13 years of age.
